Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

If your question is not answered here, please contact us at info@MattCohenPhotography.com.  Thank you!

Q:  When ordering products, does the Matt Cohen Photography watermark remain on the images?

A:   No, the watermark is strictly for copyright protection of images online.

Q:  What do you charge for shipping?

A:  Items are typically shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which ensures quick, tracked, and insured delivery.  The shipping cost varies by size, weight, and distance for shipping.  When possible and cost-effective, a USPS flat rate box is used.  As of February 2023, with protective packaging items such as a group of photo cards or single prints (8" x 10" or 11" x 14") is typically around $10 for shipping and a single matted 8" x 10" photo (11" x 14" with matte) or 11 x 14" metal print is around $17.   Note that large framed prints are expensive to ship outside the local region and shipping could cost around $50.  UPS (also with tracking and insurance) may be used as an alternative if shipping price is favorable.

Q:  When I order a 5-pack of Blank Photo Cards, can I specify more than one Image Title to get a variety?

A:  Yes!  In the text box for "Title of Desired Image(s) from Gallery " simply include the quantity and Image Title.  For example, "3 All Aboard and 2 Loon Ride"

Q:  If I am local and want free local delivery, what information do I need to provide in the Order Comments at checkout?

A:  Please include when would be a good time to call to arrange delivery and if there are any instructions regarding delivery (i.e. If not home, please leave package on front porch").  You will receive a phone call (at the phone number required at checkout) to arrange delivery.

Q:  How long does it take from when I place my order until delivery?

A:  Photo cards and matted prints are custom prepared & packaged and ready to ship within 7 days.   Metal prints, framed prints, canvas prints, and framed prints are custom prepared & packaged and ready to ship in 7-14 days, possibly sooner depending on options chosen.  Shipping is typically via USPS Priority Mail, includes tracking number, and takes 2-3 days.  UPS (also with tracking and insurance) may be used as an alternative if shipping price is favorable.

Q:  Do you produce your metal prints and canvas prints in-house?

A:  No, metal print and canvas print production is outsourced.  This is what contributes to the longer turnaround for those items.   The Museum Glass option for framed prints is also procured only upon order and contributes to a longer turnaround for a framed print with that option as well.
